Frequently asked questions
How much does an event page cost?
Nothing: Bink’s free plan holds up to 3 active events and asks for no card. The fee applies only if sign-up is paid — 5% + €0.25 on the free plan, 2.5% + €0.25 on Pro, 1.6% + €0.30 on Business.
Can I charge for sign-up?
Yes: you set price and currency, and people pay by card as they register. You are the seller, so the money lands on your own Stripe account. You can also open a launch window at a discounted price for the first days.
How do I check people in on the day?
From the attendee list, ticking names by hand, or with the QR scanner: every attendee gets a code and check-in is a scan at the door.
Can I cap the number of seats?
Yes, by setting a capacity; leave it empty and seats are unlimited. The attendee count can be hidden from visitors, while the sold-out state always stays visible.
Does it work for an online event?
Yes: an event can be in person with address and map, online with the call link, or both. With Google Calendar connected it also lands in your own calendar.
Do I need an account to publish the event?
Yes, and the account is created the moment you save: you fill in date, place and sign-up first, then leave an email and a password. It is free and asks for no card; the page address is picked later, from your profile.
