Frequently asked questions
How much does a booking link cost?
Nothing: Bink’s free plan holds up to 3 active booking pages and asks for no card. If your appointments are paid, Bink keeps a fee on each payment — 5% + €0.25 on the free plan, 2.5% + €0.25 on Pro, 1.6% + €0.30 on Business.
How does a client book an appointment?
They open the link and see only the slots still free, already converted to their own time zone. They pick one, answer the questions you added and confirm. The booking reaches you by email and, if you connected Google Calendar, lands in your calendar.
Can I get paid when someone books?
Yes, either the full price or a deposit in percent, with the rest settled in person. You are the seller: the money lands on your own Stripe account, never in a Bink wallet.
How do I avoid back-to-back or last-minute bookings?
With three calendar settings: the buffer between one appointment and the next, the minimum notice (say «not within 24 hours») and how far ahead people may book (say «at most 60 days»).
Where does the appointment take place?
Wherever you choose: in person at an address, on a Google Meet call — that one needs Google Calendar connected, because Meet creates the link — or on Jitsi, which needs no connection at all.
Do I need a website?
No: the booking page has an address of its own, bink4.me/yourname/…, which you can send on WhatsApp or put in your bio. If you do have a site, the same calendar embeds with a snippet, inline or behind a button.
Do I need an account to get my booking link?
Yes, but only at the end: you set days, hours and price first, and we ask for email and password when you save. The account is free and needs no card. You pick your page address later, from your profile; until then you use a temporary one we hand you.
